Manor Farms is a small family owned farm in East Central AL. We are convenient to Auburn/Opelika, AL and Columbus/Fort Benning, GA. We raise fruits and vegetables in the summer time. We also raise a variety of chickens and are actually a state licensed hatchery. We added ducks this year. We have commercial and registered Katahdin sheep, commercial black angus cross cattle and registered miniature jersey dairy cattle. Additionally, we raise and show AKC Border Collies.
Fresh eggs are always available!
Hatching eggs and baby chicks are available seasonally by reservation. We are NPIP Certified and Avian Influenza clean.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables available for purchase!
We will begin offering commercial Katahdin lambs late this year.
We breed several litters of AKC registered border collie puppies each year. Our dogs are all health tested and we pride ourselves in providing happy, healthy puppies. Our dogs are part of the family farm, enjoy the outdoors and get plenty of exercise. Sometimes they get to play in the show ring!
Last year we began to work with Registered Mini Jerseys. We are looking forward to our first farm raised babies arriving in 2020.
Our newest venture, since adding some acreage, is with commercial beef cattle. We should have babies on the ground soon!
We take great pride in our work and what we produce! We health test all of our animals in accordance with their role on the farm. This includes being NPIP CERTIFIED with our chickens, participating in the AL scrappie program with our sheep, full panel DNA and OFA testing in our border collies and BLV, BVD, Johnes, TB and brucellosis testing in our Jerseys.
We believe in doing ethical business and promise to always be upfront and honest with our customers.
