Our Border Collies are full panel DNA tested, and our breedings will produce puppies unaffected by any currently known, DNA testable, genetic health conditions. Our breedings are planned carefully to balance the parent's traits and enhance their strengths. Our goal is to preserve and enhance the border collie breed. We breed for sound conformation, good temperament and intelligence with preserved herding drive. Basically, we love healthy, beautiful border collies that can do what they were originally bred to do! All of our puppies will excel in companion homes. We do have some litters that are more suitable for performance/sport/working homes and other conformation prospects. We follow ENS protocol with every litter. (Click on link/button below to read more about ENS protocol.) Puppies are kept on a strict deworming, vaccinations and flea/tick treatment schedule. All puppies are microchipped. Our puppies are AKC registered.

Carson has recently been retired from our breeding program. He is officially the back yard patrol dog living the good life.

Maximus came to us from VA. He is champion sired and has an outstanding pedigree! After a few months in the show ring, he earned his AKC conformation champion title. He has a very gentle and loving personality. He has medium drive with a nice "off switch." From a conformation perspective, Max is fantastic. I look forward to seeing what he has to offer the border collie world. Max is a larger frame border collie as well and weighs about 53 pounds. He has a full rough coat and carries a gold gene. Loki came to us from VA. He is champion sired with an outstanding pedigree! He is a very happy boy, likes to show off and is doing well in the show ring. Loki is very smart and has been easy to train. He has medium drive with a nice "off switch." He has a full rough coat and weighs about 38 pounds. Loki is full panel DNA clear. Negan is a Max x Lola puppy (champion sired) who came back to live with us in March 2022. He is a big, beautiful boy with a lot of personality! He will play fetch all day long and loves to follow along on farm chores daily.
Negan is CEA clear (mother is a carrier, so he was tested for this). Otherwise, parents are full panel DNA clear through embark. OFA normal elbows and fair hips (x rays done at almost 4 years of age).

Alley came to us from OK. Both of her parents are conformation champions. She has a great personality with medium drive and a nice "off switch." She has a heavy rough coat. Alley is always eager to please, well mannered and was very easy to train. She is a carrier of CEA but is otherwise full panel DNA clear.

Lola came to us from MS. She comes from ABCA lines and is AKC registered. She has medium to high drive with a nice "off switch." She has really impressed me with her natural ability to move our sheep. Lola is super sweet and gets along with everyone. She weighs about 40 pounds and has a light medium rough coat. She is ee gold with a red base. She is NOT a cryptic merle. Lola is my only dog with 1 copy of the MDR1 gene. She is a CEA carrier but otherwise is full panel DNA clear. OFA Good Hips; Normal Elbows.

Erie came to us from PA. Her dam was a UKC conformation champion and Rally Advance. She has many other AKC champions in her pedigree. We just recently tried Erie in the show ring. She did well despite her "blown coat" (as seen in the picture above). Erie is high drive and a bit of a wild child off leash. However, on leash she is absolutely perfect and by far has been my easiest dog to train. She has a reasonable "off switch." She has a full rough coat, weighs about 35 pounds and carries gold and dilute genes. Erie is full panel DNA clear. OFA Good hips and normal elbows. Some of her puppies have gone on to earned agility titles.

Petals came to us from Shoreland Kennels in Illinois. Both of her parents are Grand Champions. She is full of energy and excited about life. Petals completed her champion title after only 2 months in the show ring. Petals has produced 3 show quality litters and we have repeat customers wanting additional Petal's pups to add to their family.

Star is from a Max x Petals litter. Both of her parents are AKC conformation champions. She has a very evan personality. She is high energy outdoors but easily settles into a calm demeanor indoors. She is an absolute joy to be around. We plan to incorporate her into our breeding program as we retire some of our older girls.
Pedigrees and Health Testing
We use Embark for most of our DNA testing as one test kit provides so much information. We also use Paw Print Genetics if needed for specific tests.
