Georgia is one fabulous little milk cow! She is such an easy milker. I hand milk 3 of her teats out in about 8 minutes (about a gallon) and leave 1 teat for the calf. On twice a day milking, she is providing 2 gallons for the house and feeding her baby. Her milk makes excellent cheese!
